Refund and Return policy
At Flounce & Flare, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted with detailed hand embroidery and made with great care. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure quality control and fairness to all our customers.
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you must notify us within 24 hrs of delivery by contacting us with clear photos and your order details. Request made after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or refund. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, minor colour variations ( due to lighting or screen differences ), or slight irregularities in embroidery, as these are natural characteristics of hand made products. since many of our pieces are made to order and require significant hand embroidery time, we do not offer cancellations once the order has been processed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 – 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.
Flounce & Flare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
